Lady Tatiana Mountbatten, daughter of the Queen’s cousin the Marquess of Milford Haven marries Longtime Boyfriend.

Lady Tatiana Mountbatten, daughter of the Queen’s cousin the Marquess of Milford Haven, has married entrepreneur boyfriend James Meade at Winchester Cathedral with Prince Harry’s ex Cressida Bonas among the glamorous guests.

The bride is the daughter of Lord and Lady Mountbatten who is himself a first cousin to Prince Philip. Her mother Lady Pamela arranged her daughter’s ‘maximum elegant’ wedding day which took place at Winchester cathedral on Saturday.

She was attended by three bridesmaids dressed in pale pink orchids and her page boy was a page from about to turn two; wearing a suit in silver grey stripes with an aptly matching bow tie. Tatiana wore a silk wedding gown of similar colour, with a long train and a veil to match.

The bride’s mother Lady Pamela said: ‘The bride chose the dress that she wanted, it was a bespoke dress by Yvonne, who is very well known for her work. Tatiana and her mother came up to London to see my couture house in Savile Row, where I produce both the wedding dress and wedding outfits for brides’.

‘The wedding was very special and it was definitely a great celebration of Tatiana and James’s love for each other. It was a wonderful venue, the cathedral is very beautiful, I knew that James would like this place.

‘It was very much Tatiana and James’s day, they decided to get married quite quickly after meeting in December last year. They both wanted to go ahead with the plans quickly, as she had only just moved up to London from her home in Oxfordshire after completing her studies at Oxford University and he was already engaged to his now wife-to-be . . .
